Pokémon Legends: Arceus came even closer. Nearly all of its world map was a free-roaming open area, but the sections were still cordoned off from one another by way of a central hub town. More importantly, progression was still largely linear—the game still introduced you to each area in a set order based on the story quests you had accomplished.
To recap: Pop-in for things like grass, trees, and other objects is noticeable and usually happens at pretty short range. And Pokémon that aren’t in your immediate vicinity usually fall back to low-poly character models that don’t look great at close range—you probably aren’t supposed to see them at close range, but the game doesn’t always shift from low- to high-poly character models quickly or smoothly, so you’ll regularly catch a glimpse of these low-tech models as you explore. When the Pokémon are especially small, they can even make it hard to tell what you’re looking at.

This was the first World Series to feature the teams with the best record in each league since the 2020 World Series. This was just the fifth time in the Wild Card era (1995–present) where both teams with the best record in each league faced each other in the World Series.
MLB International provided television coverage outside of the United States, using feeds remotely produced by MLB Network. Dave Flemming (play-by-play) and Ryan Spilborghs (color commentator) were the English-language commentators. Univision aired Game 1 in Spanish for its first World Series telecast, after its sister network UniMás carried both the ALDS and ALCS in their entirety.
This series marked the twelfth World Series meeting between the Dodgers and Yankees and the first since 1981. It was also the thirteenth meeting between teams from New York City and Los Angeles for a major professional sports championship. This previously happened in four World Series (1963, 1977, 1978, 1981), three NBA Finals (1970, 1972, and 1973) and the 2014 Stanley Cup Finals. Following the 2024 World Series, LA teams held a five to four advantage over New York City teams in terms of championship matchups between the two cities.

Owen gets frustrated and punches Wheatley. Wheately in fear jumps into mill’s arms. Mills says that no one will come from them as everyone thinks they died on the island.

we start of this level with Zia and Owen walking through the isla nublar jungle. Suddenly the player is ambushed by blue who they players enter a QuickTime event to fight back against. They then make it to blues territory where she leaps on the abandoned and throws flaming tires at them. They then need to rebuild it into a cannon which zia aims at blue and Owen fires. You do this three times until blue is knocked out. Afterwards you get a cutscene where Owen nearly pets blue but then blue gets tranquillized by Wheatley. His men shove blue into a cage and capture Owen and Zia. However, Owen manages to break out and look for help.
Once you’ve found an Amber Brick, you’ll be able to conjure the corresponding dino at will from the blue Dinosaur Maker kiosks scattered around the game’s two islands. Some of the smaller dinosaurs are also available from the standard character menu, such as Velociraptors or the venom-spitting Dilophosaurus. Unlocking some of the bigger dinosaurs gives you access to “baby” versions in the character menu.
Gieson Cacho of San Jose Mercury News criticized the game’s camera angles, difficulty, and also noted that the game was too similar to previous Lego video games. Cacho enjoyed the game’s playable dinosaurs, but also wrote, “Unfortunately, there are only a handful of moments where players control them.” Dave Rudden of IGN praised the PC version for its fast pacing and “fun puzzles”. However, Rudden criticized the “frustrating” presence of Compsognathus in each chapter of the game and said “the overworld is a bit of a mess, especially when I had to explore the islands to find the entrance to a new level.”
