Universal and Saber have shared with us an internal Q&A conducted with Universal Products & Experiences executive producer John Melchior and Saber Interactive creative director Oliver Hollis-Leick, which contained a number of tidbits about what to expect from Jurassic Park: Survival. Going in, we already knew the game will take place one day after the events of the 1993 film. The action will follow InGen scientist Maya Joshi, who has been left behind on Isla Nublar after the characters of the film depart. There, she must survive and attempt to escape the park, avoiding dinosaurs and other hazards as she goes.
Alongside the announcement, Saber Interactive released an announcement trailer where we can see the game in action. We’re quickly thrust into the now-damaged original Jurassic Park in the fictional Isla Nublar the day after the facility was evacuated. In it, we can see scattered dinosaur bones and a crumbling staircase.
Puzzle-based gameplay was set to play a seemingly major role, with an IGN review noting how the game “looks to straddle the line between Tomb Raider-like exploration and puzzle solving, and Metal Gear Solid-style action”. Puzzles were said to be naturally built into the game’s environment. Inventory management was set to be a part of gameplay, with players having to juggle it, while fending off dinosaurs and solving aforementioned puzzles.
When is game 1 of the world series
Game 1 featured starting pitchers Jack Flaherty for the Dodgers and Gerrit Cole for the Yankees. Country singer Brad Paisley performed “The Star-Spangled Banner”. In tribute to Fernando Valenzuela, his former Dodger teammates Orel Hershiser and Steve Yeager placed a ball on the blue No. 34 painted on the pitcher’s mound instead of throwing out a ceremonial first pitch.
The Dodgers held a parade from Los Angeles City Hall to L.A. Central Public Library along Grand Avenue followed by a celebration at Dodger Stadium on November 1, 2024, the birthday of former Dodgers star pitcher Fernando Valenzuela. Despite honoring the Dodgers as the 2024 World Series champions, fan tributes to Valenzuela were also considered to be a highlight of the November 1 celebrations.
The final score — Dodgers 6, Yankees 3 — does not scream classic. It is misleading. On Friday night, the 52,394 souls lucky enough to witness Game 1 in person beheld the rare sporting event that teems with hoopla only to find it exceeded. The two most famous franchises in baseball, genuine elites of their coasts, fought. And then with one swing, on a first-pitch 93 mph fastball from Nestor Cortes, Freeman managed to deliver the first walk-off grand slam in World Series history and limp around the bases 36 years after Kirk Gibson famously did the same.

Game 3 college world series
In the 10th inning, Kentucky got big-time contributions from two more experienced players in righthander Johnny Hummel and third baseman Mitchell Daly. Hummel came through with a key shut down inning in the top half, while with two outs in the bottom half Daly crushed a walk-off home run out to left field.
Tennessee followed up its thrilling, come-from-behind victory on Friday night with a far less stressful win tonight over a talented North Carolina squad. The Volunteers were unable to muster much offense through the first three innings, but broke through in the fourth thanks to a three-run blast off the bat of Kavares Tears.
The top of the eighth inning for the Volunteers was essentially a carbon copy of the seventh, as with two outs and a runner on first Cal Stark broke out of his 0-for-16 slump with a no-doubt, two-run blast over the bullpen in left field.
